Crafted from genuine terracotta with a naturally distressed, matte finish, each Jack has its own rustic character and classic carved expression. Designed to glow with a standard tea light or small string lights, they bring just the right amount of warmth to a fall or Halloween setting.

RETURNS

Regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide instructions for completing your return.

Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

All merchandise purchased at a sale, discounted, promotional, or marked-down price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. No exceptions.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing sale merchandise.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to post the refund to your account.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue a partial refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect and package our merchandise before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 7 days, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to make it right.

Please do not discard the original packaging until we have had an opportunity to review the issue, as photos of the packaging may be required for shipping claims.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If an order is returned to us because it was refused, the shipping address was entered incorrectly, or the package was otherwise undeliverable, any refund will be processed after the merchandise is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs incurred by us may be deducted from the refund.

Every order is hand packed with care and personally dropped off at our shipping facility. We take pride in making sure your order is packaged securely and ready to arrive safely at your door.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment. Any applicable shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During seasonal launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been processed, not when the order is placed.

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

We carefully package each order before it leaves our studio. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery process. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help locate a delayed or missing package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
